What do I bring to the roadmap session?
Once you’ve booked your Sales Insight Audit, we email you:
- Links to your Audit pre-work
- A booking link for your 1-hour Roadmap session (via Zoom)
Please complete your Audit pre-work a week ahead of our Roadmap session so that we can construct your personalised plan.
Can I reschedule a session?
You can reschedule your Roadmap session up to 48 hours prior for no added charge using the link provided in your booking confirmation email.
Please note that sessions cancelled within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. If you need help rescheduling, email email@example.com
How/where will the meeting take place?
We host all our meetings using Zoom. To join the virtual meeting room, click the link in your booking confirmation email.
Do you have any other times slots available?
Our working hours are 8 – 6pm NZ standard time Monday – Friday. If you are from another time zone and cannot find a meeting time that suits, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
